Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us containing the quoted rate. Quoted rates are valid for the vehicle class, route and time stated.

Cancellations

Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled without charge up to four hours before the scheduled pickup time. Hourly, wedding and multi-vehicle reservations carry longer windows stated in the confirmation. Cancellations after a chauffeur has been dispatched, and no-shows, are billed in full.

Wait time

Domestic airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from touchdown and international arrivals 90 minutes. Residential and venue pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

Rates and charges

Quoted flat rates include tolls, parking and fuel on the stated route. Additional stops, child seats, extended wait time and applicable taxes are itemized on the quote. Gratuity is optional and set by you at booking.

Passenger conduct

Passengers must wear seat belts. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. No alcohol or other substances are permitted in any vehicle carrying passengers under 21. Passenger counts may not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers is charged to the account.

Our liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure or other events beyond our reasonable control, though we will always attempt to supply a replacement vehicle. Personal property is carried at the passenger’s risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
