Questions about corporate travel
Can we set up direct billing instead of paying by card?
Yes. We open corporate accounts with net terms after a short credit application. Once the account is active, travelers book without touching a payment method and you settle one invoice each month.
Can you handle transportation for a conference or offsite?
We do. Give us the arrival and departure manifest and we will build a vehicle schedule around it, including staged pickups from O'Hare and Midway, shuttle loops between a hotel and a venue, and on-site standby vehicles for the duration of the event.
Do you serve airports outside Chicago?
Yes — Chicago Executive in Wheeling, DuPage Airport in West Chicago, Milwaukee Mitchell, South Bend and Rockford are all regular runs for us, along with the FBO terminals used for private aviation.
