Group transportation on one itinerary

When one vehicle is not enough, the failure point is coordination — not capacity. We run the whole group from a single dispatch desk.

Check availability

One plan, several vehicles

Eight to thirty passengers usually means two to five SUVs. Booked separately, that is four different confirmations and four chances for someone to be left at a curb. We assign one dispatcher to the movement, build a single manifest showing which passenger is in which vehicle, and keep the chauffeurs on a shared channel so the group stays together through every leg.

Staged airport arrivals

Groups rarely land together. Send us the arrival manifest and we stage vehicles against the actual flight times, batching passengers who land inside the same window and holding a vehicle for the straggler on the delayed connection. The result is fewer vehicles, lower cost, and nobody waiting an hour in baggage claim.

Conferences, golf outings and family events

McCormick Place and hotel-block shuttle loops. Golf outings out to Medinah, Cog Hill and Kemper Lakes with clubs and bags handled. Funerals, where the family should not be navigating a procession. Family reunions and milestone birthdays where three generations arrive from three different airports.

What’s included

  • One dispatcher and one point of contact for the whole movement
  • Passenger manifest mapping riders to vehicles
  • Staged airport arrivals batched against real flight times
  • Shuttle loops between hotel blocks and venues
  • A single consolidated invoice rather than one per vehicle
  • On-site standby vehicles for multi-day events

Questions about group travel

How many passengers can you move?

Our SUVs seat six to seven each, and we routinely run groups of thirty or more across multiple vehicles. For larger movements we coordinate with vetted motorcoach partners under the same single point of contact and the same invoice.

Can you handle a group arriving on different flights?

That is the normal case. Send the manifest and we will batch passengers by arrival window and stage the vehicles so the group is not waiting on each other.

Do we get one invoice or one per vehicle?

One. Every vehicle on the movement is billed on a single itemized statement.
