Vehicle classes
Three classes price every transfer. Sedan covers up to three passengers with light luggage. SUV is our full-size Navigator, Suburban, Yukon XL and Expedition — six to seven passengers and a full load of checked bags. Escalade is the premium tier for executive and client-facing movements. Hourly as-directed
Hourly as-directed hire is priced per booking, because the rate depends on the vehicle, the length of the block and where the day starts and ends. Minimums are two hours on a sedan and three on an SUV, garage to garage, with overtime in 15-minute increments at the same rate.
You do not need to call for the number. Choose Hourly / As Directed in the booking tool, set your start time and the hours you want, and the price appears on screen before you commit — the same way an airport transfer does.

What’s added, and when
Gratuity is offered as an option at booking so you set the amount — it is never added silently afterwards. Child seats, extra stops, and wait time beyond the included allowance carry stated charges that appear on the quote before you confirm. Illinois ground transportation taxes apply where the law requires them. There is nothing else.
