Wedding transportation, planned to the minute
Getting-ready, ceremony, photos, reception and the send-off — sequenced ahead of time so nobody in your wedding party is standing outside checking an app.
Check availabilityWe build the timeline with your planner
Two weeks out we take your ceremony time, photo locations and reception address and work backwards into a vehicle schedule: who is picked up where, at what time, in which car, and where each vehicle stages between movements. Your planner and your chauffeurs get the same document. On the day, one dispatcher owns your wedding and stays reachable from the first pickup to the last guest drop.
Vehicles for the couple, the family and the guests
The couple usually takes a Navigator or an Escalade — quiet, easy to get in and out of in a gown, and climate-controlled while photos run long. Parents and the wedding party travel in additional SUVs. For guests, we run loops between the hotel block and the venue so out-of-town guests are not driving unfamiliar roads after a reception.
The parts people forget to plan
Somebody has to get the photographer to the second location. Somebody has to bring the flowers and the gift table boxes back at the end of the night. Somebody has to get grandparents home before the dancing starts. We ask about all of it during planning, because these are the gaps that turn into a phone call at 10 p.m. on the wedding day.

Questions about weddings
How far ahead should we book wedding transportation?
Six to nine months for a Saturday between May and October, which is when Chicagoland venues and vehicles are tightest. Off-season and weekday weddings have far more availability. A deposit holds the date.
Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?
Yes. We set a loop with fixed departure times from the hotel block, then run return loops through the end of the reception so guests can leave when they are ready.
What if the ceremony or photos run late?
Wedding bookings are hourly as-directed, so the vehicles are yours for the block and running late does not trigger a new quote. If the day runs past the block we continue at the same hourly rate.
