Every vehicle prices as a Sedan, an SUV or an Escalade, and those are the three columns on the rate board. Sedan covers up to three passengers with light luggage. SUV is the full-size group — Navigator, Suburban, Yukon XL, Expedition and Aviator. Escalade is the premium tier for executive and client-facing work.
Match the vehicle to the luggage, not the headcount. Four passengers with four checked bags do not fit comfortably in a sedan-class car even though the seats exist. Our rule of thumb: one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger means an SUV from three passengers up.
