The adult who books the reservation sets the itinerary: pickup addresses, the restaurant, the venue, the after-party if there is one, and the hard time everyone is home. That itinerary is what the chauffeur follows. Changes during the night go through the person who booked — not through whoever in the back seat is most persuasive. You get a text when the group is picked up and another when the last passenger is dropped.
Our policy, stated plainly
No alcohol, no cannabis and no other substances in the vehicle on any reservation involving passengers under 21. Our chauffeurs enforce this without negotiating. If it is violated, the chauffeur ends the trip, returns the group to the pickup address and calls the responsible adult. Every chauffeur is licensed, background-checked and drug-tested, and our vehicles are commercially insured for passenger transport.
Beyond prom night

Can several families share a booking?
Yes, and most do. We handle multi-stop pickups across different towns and can run more than one vehicle on a single shared itinerary with one contact at dispatch.
Will the chauffeur wait during dinner and the dance?
Prom nights are booked hourly as-directed, so the vehicle stays with the group all evening. The chauffeur waits at the restaurant and at the venue rather than leaving and coming back.
What is the alcohol policy for passengers under 21?
Zero tolerance. No alcohol or other substances are permitted in the vehicle. If it happens, the trip ends, the group is returned to the pickup address, and the adult who booked is called immediately.
