What we collect

To provide transportation we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details where relevant, passenger counts and payment information. Our booking system also records trip history so you can rebook and download invoices.

How we use it

Solely to dispatch, complete and bill your reservation, to contact you about a trip in progress, and to maintain your account. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payment data

Card details are processed through our reservation provider’s encrypted system. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Who we share it with

Your chauffeur receives the details needed to complete your trip. Our reservation and payment processors handle data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We disclose information to law enforcement only where legally required.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; the booking tool may not work fully if you do.

Your choices

Request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing Contact@americanswiftlimo.com. We keep completed trip records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Changes

We will post any revision to this policy on this page with an updated date.
