Pickups, terminal by terminal
Domestic arrivals in Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are met on the arrivals level outside baggage claim. International arrivals in Terminal 5 are met on the arrivals curb once you clear customs — allow a genuine hour for passport control and bags on a full wide-body. Terminal 5 also handles a growing number of domestic flights now, so we confirm your terminal from the flight number rather than assuming. If you would rather be met inside, book meet-and-greet and your chauffeur will be at baggage claim with a name sign.
Departures out of the suburbs
The drive to O'Hare is unforgiving in the wrong hour. From the western suburbs we build in extra time for the I-290 and I-90 merge; from the north, for the Kennedy between 6:30 and 9 a.m. We set your pickup against the actual traffic pattern on your travel day rather than a fixed rule, and we would rather have you at the curb early than watch you sprint through security.

Yes, for both international and the domestic flights now operating out of Terminal 5. Pickup is on the arrivals curb, or inside at baggage claim if you book meet-and-greet.
