Who we are

American Swift Limousine is a Chicagoland chauffeur company. We are not a booking platform, a broker or an app that subcontracts your trip to whoever bids lowest. We own the vehicles, we employ the chauffeurs, and the person who answers the phone at 3 a.m. works for the same company as the person picking you up.

What we actually do all day

The majority of our volume is airport work — O’Hare and Midway, plus Chicago Executive and Milwaukee Mitchell — and corporate accounts whose assistants book the same executives on the same routes week after week. Around that sits hourly as-directed hire, weddings, proms, funerals and the occasional long run to Indianapolis or the Michigan lakeshore. It is a business of being where you said you would be, at the time you said, in a clean car.

How we hire

Every chauffeur is licensed for commercial passenger transport, background-checked, drug-tested and covered under our commercial livery insurance. They are trained on our standards before they carry a client: how to stage rather than circle, how to handle a delayed international arrival, when to make conversation and when to leave someone to their calls. Corporate clients running duty-of-care reviews can request our documentation directly.

What we will not do

We do not surge. We do not add charges after the trip that were not on the quote. We do not dispatch a vehicle we have not inspected, and we do not take a booking we are not confident we can cover — if we are full, we will tell you so you can make another plan, which is more useful than a confirmation we cannot honor.

Licensing and insurance

American Swift Limousine operates under its own Illinois commercial passenger authority with commercial livery insurance on every vehicle. Certificates of insurance are available to corporate clients and venues on request — email Contact@americanswiftlimo.com.
